At Good Farmer Tofu, we make tofu the way it was made in China over 2000 years ago. It became known through the world as a delicious healthy food with great versatility. It's still that way today at Good Farmer Tofu. Tofu is a modern superfood that is a great source of many major nutrients. Tofu is a significant source of protein, all 9 essential amino acids, iron, and calcium. Tofu is also a source of manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, zinc, and vitamin B1.

 

With agriculture playing a crucial role in the Saskatchewan economy, Good Farmer Tofu aims to provide an authentic Chinese take on farm style cuisine. Good Farmer is a family owned and operated restaurant dedicated to sharing authentic, homemade tofu recipes incorporated into each of our dishes. Our tofu is made fresh in house through the process of crushing soybeans and refining it into a tofu block. Each dish is created with organic and natural ingredients and without the use of preservatives. Our tofu recipes are vegan friendly and are a high source of plant-based protein. Our tofu is created to the tastes and preferences of our customers with sweet and savoury options available. Try one of our Appetizers, Tofu Pudding Meals, or one of our delicious tofu desserts. We also have fresh tofu blocks available for purchase if you are interested in alternative cooking options at home.
